If we find that our lives aren’t what we consciously want them to be, the most powerful place to begin to make changes is within the subconscious. We gain access to our potential and our ability to change within our subconscious  - and we access the subconscious through hypnosis.



Hypnosis is simply a state of heightened awareness.  You’ve been in this state countless times in your life, it’s completely natural.  You’re in a state of hypnosis whenever you’re so engaged with something that your attention isn’t on anything else.  Have you ever been so engrossed in watching a show or working intently on a project that someone had to say your name a couple of times to “snap” you out of it? That’s a state of hypnosis.  It’s being deeply focused on something so that everything else around you is in the background and you’re less aware of it.

I created these audios to empower people to access more of their agency so they can intentionally align their lives with the life they want to be living.

How Do Hypnosis Audios Work?

These hypnosis audios work by guiding you into a super relaxed state mentally and physically and then, using direct suggestion, begin to create new neural pathways within your brain that when consistently activated (or “fired”) wire together to create new beliefs. Within each audio I also guide you to find the energetic frequency that aligns with the new belief which is different and more powerful than other hypnosis audios.  


Think of hypnosis audios as putting a new app in your mind.  The first time you listen to one of the hypnosis audios you’re downloading the new app and then you continue to “open the app” by listening to the audio.  Every time you listen to the audio (“open the app”) it has the ability to run its program within your mind. So the more often you’re listening to the audio the more that new program gets to run, and the more it runs the stronger it becomes. 

Working in the subconscious is subtle but powerful and has the ability to make lasting changes in your life. When you bring the subconscious into whatever changes you’re trying to make it’s like doubling down on your efforts. If you’ve had a belief in place since childhood and you’re now an adult - the neural pathways that make up that belief are strong because they’ve been fired and wired together for decades. So when you want to change something that’s literally been “wired” into you it takes some time to create your new belief. Doing this work on the subconscious takes intention and patience but it’s powerful.

These hypnosis audios are part of the growing curriculum in the Alignment School with Heidi Hazen, which is hosted by Teachable.

 

I created these hypnosis audios because I want to help more people live empowered, extraordinary lives.  As a hypnotist, and someone who’s done a lot of my own healing work through hypnosis, I know the power of working in the subconscious.  I know that when we really want to intentionally take responsibility for our lives - accessing the subconscious is an incredible way to do it.  Once I discovered how remarkable the changes can be, I wanted to create a way for others to empower themselves by accessing their subconscious mind. 

These audios are born out of my own desire to live a really big, beautiful life and wanting to help as many people as I can do the same for themselves.

 

Hypnosis Audio FAQs

  • Yes! All you need to do in order for hypnosis audios to work is be willing to be in a state of hypnosis while listening to the audio. Hypnosis is simply a state of relaxation both physically and mentally that allows your awareness to be in a heightened state focusing on one thing. Once you’re in this state your subconscious mind is accessible and able to receive the suggestions from the audio. In this state we’ve gone past your conscious state and beyond the part of your mind that wants to resist the work you’re trying to do (that little voice that says “I can’t lose weight, my whole family is overweight,” or “I’m never going to find love,” or “I can’t quit eating sugar, I have to have it,” etc. By bypassing this area (called the Critical Factor) we have the ability to suggest (or “program in”) new beliefs within your subconscious - it readily accepts the suggestions. Hypnosis audios, when done well, can work powerfully to help you make changes that you aren’t able to do from your consciousness.

  • The subconscious changes subtly and “behind the scenes” before you become consciously aware of the changes. Many people start to see evidence of change in a week or two, others it may be a month or longer. The more frequently you listen to the audio the more you fire those new neural pathways to create that belief or change within yourself. Every time you listen to the audio you’re pushing the “run” button on the new belief, the more you push it the more it strengthens within you.

  • I like to stick with one “theme” at a time and listen to one audio until I feel like it’s really taken hold within me and I’m living with those new beliefs/habits in place. If you think about going into one audio a few times a day versus going into three audios once a day - which scenario gives you a stronger new belief? I highly suggest listening to one until it feels like you don’t need it anymore and then move onto the next one. You can always dip back into the audios you’ve moved beyond if you need to strengthen up those beliefs - they’re tools you can use forever.

  • It’s more powerful to listen to one theme at a time. The subconscious will hold onto the last thing it heard so if you’re trying to make changes or create new beliefs it’s best to listen to one audio and then let it “sink in” rather than immediately listen to another audio right away. However, if you’re really wanting to listen to more than one specific audio in a day you could do so by listening to one in the morning and the other at night which creates enough space between them to allow them each to be received by your subconscious.

  • No, you are always in control while you’re in hypnosis. You can pull yourself out of it whenever you want to. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis because what’s needed in order to reach a state of hypnosis is your willingness, so if you find you don’t want to be willing at any point while listening to a hypnosis audio you can simply open your eyes and be out of hypnosis.

  • It’s really important that you trust your hypnotist. I suggest you explore my website and my IG to get an idea of who I am and what I’m all about to feel out whether or not you resonate with me. Once you’ve purchased an audio you can listen to it while you’re fully awake (without following the directions that guide you into hypnosis,) then you can hear everything that’s within the audio so you’re comfortable going into hypnosis the next time you listen to it.

Hypnosis Audio Best Practices

  • Find a space that is safe where you will not be disturbed and will allow you to comfortably relax for the duration of the audio. You can be upright in a chair or lying flat (but note that lying down may make you fall asleep as the level of the subconscious you reach in hypnosis is very close to sleep) or in any way that just feels comfy.

  • Earphones/Headphones will enhance the experience and allow you to go deeper by eliminating much of the ambient noise in your environment.

  • If you feel drawn to placing something like an eye mask over your eyes you may, but it's not necessary.

  • Set an intention to really allow this audio to have access to do its work. 

  • Listening to the audio right when you wake up is hugely beneficial.  The subconscious mind is most malleable within the first 20 minutes of waking up so it’s least resistant and easiest to access during this time (bonus - it sets your entire day up with this information running in the background).  You may want to bookend your day by listening to it as you’re going to sleep at night as well.

  • Repetition, repetition, repetition!  The subconscious LOVES repetition so for optimal results you should listen to the audio three times a day (upon waking, when going to bed, and one time during the day - but whenever you can fit it is great).  Commit to listening to your audio for a minimum of 30 days but I advise you to listen until you feel the full support of this new belief and see it coming to fruition in your life before you stop listening to it.

  • Never listen to a hypnosis audio while driving or doing anything where it would be unsafe to be in a deeply relaxed state.
